ブータン王国は2017年で建国110年になる。

ブータンのパロ県イスナ村、私はこの村と関わり10年になるのだか、

そこには今年93歳になる男性、サンドゥルップさんが住んでいる。

平均寿命が短いブータンで90歳以上の人は非常に希だ。

彼にはたくさんの家族がいて、慕ってくれる友人がいて、牛の世話という仕事がある。

いつも柔和な表情をする彼は目に見えない財産をもっているようだった。

 

「生きる辞書」とも言える彼を通して、僕のまだ知らないブータンに出会える気がした。

彼を知ればもっとこの国がより深く見えてくるのではないか。

一人の男性が生きたブータンという国。

その歴史と生きる知恵を探る作品をつくりたいと思っている。

This year Bhutan is founded in 110 years.

Isna village in Pharo province in Bhutan, I have been involved with this village for ten years.

In Isna village, Mr. Samdrup who is 93 years old this year lives.

People over 90 years old are rare in Bhutan with short life expectancy.

He has a lot of families, there are friends who adore me, there is a job of caring for cattle.

He seemed to have invisible wealth who constantly looks gentle.

 

Through him who can also say "living dictionary", I felt like I could meet Bhutan I do not know yet.

I wonder if this country will be seen more deeply if I know him.

A country called Bhutan where one man lived.

I'd like to create a work that explores its history and the wisdom of living.
